On-Call Workers

Nodin CFI On-Call / After Hours Workers report to the Intake Supervisor and are supervised by On-Call Clinical Supervisors who rotate in the schedule.  The On-Call/After Hours Worker(s) provide monitoring and mental health counselling services after regular office hours for a period of seven days:  Monday to Friday from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 a.m. and 24 hours on weekends and statutory holidays. The On-Call Worker(s) provide counselling to scheduled weekend clients as required.  Other responsibilities include responding to community crisis.
