#Skoden: Dagwaagin Movement Photo Contest
This fall, SLFNHA wants to promote and celebrate all the different kinds of movements and activities that community members are engaging in (e.g., hunting, medicine walks, wood chopping, food preparations, etc..) It’s a beautiful time to be outdoors with many colourful photo opportunities!
Rules:
- Send us a photo or video of you and yours celebrating the Dagwaagin (fall) season. Anything that moves the physical body counts. Multiple entries encouraged (every entry gets you a spot in the draw for the grand prize).
- Share a story about your experience: What got you moving in the photo? What are you sharing or creating out of your experience? What do you think others should know?
- Allow SLFNHA to post your submission online and use it for future health promotion materials.
- Please submit your photos by November 1, 2023 – every entry counts towards our grand prize and a selection of prizes that facilitate movement and land-based activities!
Prizes:
- Every entry that you make will be counted towards land-based prizes and the grand prize. The person who submits the most entries showcasing the most movement will win the grand prize.
- Our prize draw will be announced on Facebook!
