Sioux Lookout First Nations Health Authority's Human Resources Department oversees the hiring of employees in all departments of SLFNHA. SLFNHA’s Human Resource staff work to recruit, screen, interview, and hire potential employees for SLFNHA and assist newly hired employees in receiving orientation as required. Employee benefits and compensation are handled by the Human Resource department. Our friendly HR clerks are available from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday to assist employees with any questions and issues they may have regarding their employment or employee benefits. Privacy, health & safety, and training & development are also managed by our Human Resources department.
