The Developmental Services Program works with adults and young adults living with developmental disabilities.

The Transitional Youth Program works with young adults, ages 16-24, assisting and facilitating successful transitions from school to adult life. The Community Outreach Program partners with Community Living Sioux Lookout and Surrey Place Centre (MMW program). This partnership enhances our ability to provide clinical services and resources (via videoconferencing) to adults (18 years and older) living with developmental disabilities, mental health issues, behaviour challenges difficult to diagnose, or others who simply need help with their medications.
